Hello there! I love to draw and in this I like to explore the delicate balance between light and darkness.

My artistic process typically starts with a single photograph. By introducing elements of light and darkness, and occasionally objects, I aim to blend the extraordinary with the mundane. Each line, dot, and shading produced by my pencil is an intentional study of contrasts. The results are more than just drawings to me; they are visual experiences where subjects arise from the paper, challenging the limits of reality.

My dedication to realism reflects my attention to detail. Every artwork is crafted with love, demanding an intense focus to capture the intricacies and delicate features found in the reference photograph, thus necessitating numerous hours to finalize a drawing.

Hallo, ik hou van tekenen met grafiet, inkt en aquarel.

Het begint meestal met een enkele foto. Door te spelen met licht en donker, probeer ik het buitengewone met het alledaagse te laten samensmelten. Elke lijn, stip en schaduw die door mijn potlood wordt geproduceerd, is een zoektocht naar contrasten.

En zo ontstaan mijn creaties—meer dan tekeningen, meer dan pixels op een vlak. Ze zijn visuele ervaringen, vensters naar onderwerpen die leven en ademen. Ik leg niet alleen vast; ik onthul, maak. Ik nodig je uit om door mijn ogen te kijken, om de wereld te zien zoals ik haar zie.
